Acceptance and use
Zippy Drip provides route-aware mobile vehicle cleaning and select exterior cleaning services in service areas where route demand, schedule density, service fit, and operating conditions allow.
These terms apply to route-list submissions, quote requests, one-time services, recurring route services, add-on services, and related communication about pricing, photos, scheduling, service preparation, and service concerns.
What Zippy Drip offers
Zippy Drip offers mobile vehicle cleaning, route-based washes, driveway cleaning, concrete cleaning, patio and walkway cleaning, garage floor cleaning, residential bin cleaning, and select exterior surface cleaning when the job fits route planning, water access, drainage, condition, and scope.
Zippy Drip is not presented as a paint-correction studio, restoration detail shop, hazardous-waste cleaner, roof-washing company, full house-washing company, grease-heavy sanitation service, or commercial dumpster cleaning service unless a separate service is specifically added later and quoted in writing.
Route list and service availability
Joining the route list does not guarantee immediate service, a specific appointment time, or permanent service availability in a specific ZIP code. Service may depend on route density, route-day planning, weather, staffing, equipment, safety, service type, and whether the work fits the current launch model.
Route-based services are intentionally built around grouped neighborhoods and operating efficiency. Customers who need custom timing, isolated off-route service, or specialty work may be offered a one-time quote instead of route pricing.
Vehicle cleaning terms
Zippy Drip vehicle services are designed for exterior maintenance cleaning, light interior cleaning when selected, and deeper refresh services when separately booked. Standard vehicle services are not paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating, full restoration detailing, mold remediation, hazardous cleanup, or unlimited heavy-duty cleanup.
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing scratches, swirl marks, chips, oxidation, water spots, loose trim, worn paint, cracked plastic, damaged mirrors, decals, wraps, aftermarket parts, roof equipment, or prior damage that may not have been obvious before service.
Customers should notify Zippy Drip before service of any loose trim, damaged paint, failing clear coat, wraps, decals, leaking seals, aftermarket accessories, damaged mirrors, roof equipment, or other sensitive areas.
Exterior cleaning and pressure washing terms
Exterior cleaning and pressure washing pricing assumes customer water access, a clear work area, and light-to-moderate buildup unless otherwise quoted. Pressure washing language is reserved for appropriate exterior surfaces such as driveways, concrete, patios, walkways, garage floors, storefront entries, and similar flatwork.
Exterior cleaning results depend on the surface type, age, condition, prior staining, drainage, sealing, porosity, and buildup. Heavy oil, rust, calcium, battery acid, grease, paint, gum, efflorescence, food-service buildup, decorative concrete concerns, runoff concerns, and other specialty stains may require a custom quote, service adjustment, or may be declined.
Deep-set stains may improve but are not guaranteed to fully disappear unless specifically stated in writing for that job.
Bin cleaning terms
Zippy Bin ReFresh is intended for empty residential trash and recycling bins. Bin service pricing assumes bins are accessible, empty before service, in a safe cleaning location, and within the normal residential service scope.
Bins must be free of loose trash, hazardous waste, oil, chemicals, paint, needles, bodily fluids, excessive residue, or other unsafe contents before service. Zippy Drip may decline, reschedule, or requote bins that are unsafe, not empty, heavily contaminated, inaccessible, or otherwise outside normal residential service scope.
Bin cleaning is not commercial dumpster cleaning, dumpster-pad cleaning, restaurant grease-bin cleaning, biohazard cleanup, medical waste cleanup, hazardous-material cleanup, bin repair, or guaranteed permanent odor or stain removal.
Water access and customer preparation
Most Zippy Drip services are designed around customer water access. Some select vehicle services may be completed with backup water when available, but customer water access may still be required depending on vehicle size, dirt level, location, and route pricing.
Driveway cleaning, concrete cleaning, patio and walkway cleaning, garage floor cleaning, commercial flatwork, and bin cleaning generally assume a working outdoor water spigot within reasonable hose reach. If water access is unavailable, blocked, turned off, or not approved, the service may require backup water, a price adjustment, rescheduling, or a custom quote.
Customers are responsible for making sure the cleaning area is reasonably accessible and prepared. Vehicles, furniture, toys, tools, storage items, trash cans, fragile items, and personal property should be cleared from the work area before service.
Photos and service documentation
Zippy Drip may take photos before, during, or after service for documentation, condition review, service verification, quote review, issue review, and internal records. Customers may also be asked to submit photos before service for quote-based jobs, oversized vehicles, high-roof vans, visible stains, drainage review, water-spigot review, access review, or exterior work over the normal booking scope.
Operational photos are primarily used for service documentation, condition review, quote review, and issue review. Zippy Drip may ask for separate permission before using identifiable before-and-after photos, vehicles, property, addresses, license plates, people, business names, or private locations in public marketing.
Customers may request that identifying details not be used in public promotional content when practical.
Pricing, quotes, and payments
Published pricing applies only to eligible vehicles, service areas, route availability, surface types, and normal service conditions that fit the public service scope. Final pricing may vary based on size, roof height, condition, buildup, route fit, water access, stains, drainage, access, safety, or whether the job requires quote-only handling.
Heavy dirt, off-road buildup, mud, sap, tar, oxidation, racks, wraps, decals, high-roof vans, heavy work vehicles, specialty stains, runoff concerns, no-water-access conditions, unsafe bins, or unusual jobsite conditions may require Big Drip pricing or a custom exterior quote.
Pricing, booking price, invoice price, and charged price should match the agreed service terms for the job. Where required by the booking flow, payment may be collected according to the active checkout, invoice, or subscription process presented at booking.
Subscription terms
Zippy Drip Club is billed monthly in advance and continues until canceled. Weekly Drip includes 4 washes per monthly billing cycle, Biweekly Drip includes 2 washes per monthly billing cycle, and Monthly Drip includes 1 wash per monthly billing cycle.
Zippy Drip Club is exterior-only by default and is built around assigned route days rather than exact appointment times. Customers may receive a route window when practical, but route pricing does not guarantee custom scheduling.
Unused washes do not roll over unless Zippy Drip misses service due to weather, equipment issues, or route changes. Missed services caused by inaccessible vehicles, blocked parking, locked gates, unsafe conditions, weather, or missing required customer water access may not be refunded.
Heavy dirt, neglected condition, off-road buildup, mud, sap, tar, oxidation, roof equipment, wraps, decals, racks, high-roof vans, or specialty cleaning may require a one-time service or upgraded quote before Club pricing applies.
Cancellations, missed access, and rescheduling
Zippy Drip may reschedule, adjust, or decline service because of weather, equipment issues, unsafe work conditions, blocked access, locked gates, no approved water access, poor drainage, unsafe bin contents, quote mismatches, route changes, or conditions outside the normal service scope.
Customers should cancel or reschedule before the appointment or route window whenever possible. If the actual jobsite conditions materially differ from the booked conditions, the service may be skipped, moved to a custom quote, or rescheduled to a more appropriate service type.
Damage concerns and issue review
Any damage concern should be reported within 24 hours of service. Zippy Drip may review pre-service photos, post-service photos, customer-provided photos, service notes, quote records, and known condition issues when evaluating a concern.
Zippy Drip is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, failing paint, oxidation, cracked trim, wraps, decals, aftermarket accessories, or issues caused by prior wear, age, neglect, contamination, or vehicle or surface condition.
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing condition issues that were not previously obvious. Claims are reviewed against documented condition and service records rather than assumptions made after the fact.
Services Zippy Drip may decline
Zippy Drip may decline, reschedule, or requote work involving unsafe access, hazardous waste, biohazard concerns, commercial dumpsters, dumpster pads, grease-heavy restaurant areas, roof washing, full house soft washing, balcony cleaning, severe neglect, high-roof vehicles, unsafe bins, contaminated runoff, or jobs that fall outside the normal service scope.
- No pressure washing vehicle paint as a public service.
- No unlimited or daily consumer washes.
- No guaranteed oil, stain, or odor removal.
- No restoration-level results unless specifically quoted in writing.
- No hazardous-material, biohazard, or unsafe waste cleanup.
Changes to these terms
Zippy Drip may update these Terms of Service as services, pricing, routes, booking systems, subscriptions, and operating policies evolve. The version posted on this page applies to future route-list submissions, service requests, bookings, quotes, and renewals after updated terms are published.
Clear service terms
Zippy Drip aims to keep service expectations, scope boundaries, scheduling, and customer responsibilities clear before work begins. Service details may vary by vehicle type, surface condition, route availability, water access, and the specific package or add-ons selected.
For ordinary service-related concerns, Zippy Drip reviews booking details, service notes, and available before-and-after documentation to understand what happened and respond appropriately. Any applicable service limits, scheduling terms, subscription terms, or claim-related terms will be reflected in the final booking or checkout flow.
